Order Processing

Delivery Time

  • Major cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other cities and towns: 3–7 business days

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a specified amount.
  • Any applicable shipping fee will be displayed before payment is completed.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in selected areas across Pakistan.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel and make payment.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
  • Customers can track their shipments through the courier's website.

Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners may attempt delivery up to three times before returning the parcel to us.

Delays

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, courier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the package and items received.
