Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Customers will receive an order confirmation and tracking details once the order is dispatched.
Delivery Time
- Major cities: 2–5 business days
- Other cities and towns: 3–7 business days
- Remote areas may require additional delivery time. These timelines are consistent with common practices used by Pakistani e-commerce businesses.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping may be offered on orders above a specified amount.
- Any applicable shipping fee will be displayed before payment is completed.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available in selected areas across Pakistan.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel and make payment.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
- Customers can track their shipments through the courier's website.
Delivery Attempts
- Courier partners may attempt delivery up to three times before returning the parcel to us.
Delays
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, courier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Address
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details.
Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the package and items received.
